Serving a paradigm of cuisines from the northern, coastal and southern regions of India, our team of accomplished chefs are driven to craft every dish using the finest ingredients and classic techniques that are evidently present in our exquisite menu.

A wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian creations is available. Using primarily olive or vegetable oil base in our food ensures a much lighter style of cooking that is in keeping with many people’s desire to eat more healthily.

The Rang Mahal signature Thali Platter with complimentary refills is available on Saturdays during lunch, with the gourmet buffet available at S$55++ per person from Sundays to Fridays. Guests who visit the restaurant for dinner will be able to order from the à la carte menu to experience the very best of modern Indian fine dining cuisine.

Rang Mahal is definitely top of the list when it comes to fine dining Indian Restaurants in Singapore. Besides the flagship outlet at Pan Pacific, the Rang Mahal Group comprises Vansh at Stadium Waterfront, and Rang Mahal Pavilion at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). Located at the lobby level of Hard Rock Hotel in RWS, Rang Mahal Pavilion is a stylish Indian restaurant where tradition meets modern. A stunning wall feature of brass drums fronts the restaurant. Inside, traditional Indian musical instruments are suspended from the ceilings of the main dining hall. The posh interior sets the tone for an exquisite dining experience. For starters, we had the Aromatic Cheesy Mushroom ($14), which was light and tasty. We continued with a simple Paneer salad that came with homemade tandoori cottage cheese.
FLAVOUR OF INDIA Rang mahal provides flavors and textures of colourful India with our daily lunch buffet featuring dishes like biryani, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, masala prawn, kheer, gulab jamon and more with live cooking stations and a bread bar that provides a treat for the senses.
