CONTROLLING SNACKING

My name is Infan Ali and I have been coaching people to reduce and eliminate sugars from their diets. The secret is to avoid the sugar spikes in your blood that causes you to crave sweets and thus want to eat more frequently. Amazingly when you control your sugar spiking frequency and/or eliminate them altogether, you can consume sugarless snacks or meals. Many of my students have successfully used this therapy and control the snacking habit. Diabetics have had their prescriptions reduced and cancelled.

Carole used to eat her meals followed by a desert then as her sweet tooth kicked in, she would go for chocolate or ice-cream within an hour. Then there is George whom you would think has a bottomless stomach because he is constantly eating hour after hour after hour almost non stop. Mariam on the other hand could not understand why an hour after eating a full meal she is still hungry, even after she ate what she thought were the right foods.

So, what is going on and why is this happening? None of these people were at fault they responded to the message that their brain was sending, that is eat more and more. What caused this, are spikes in the sugar levels in the blood that causes the brain to respond by making you want more sugar and your natural reaction is to eat foods that are sweet containing sugar.  This happens even after you have just eaten and should be full. This endless cycle continues on and on leading to more serious conditions including Diabetes.

Don’t feel helpless; there is hope and a chance for solution. There are three steps that I use with people who are experiencing these symptoms:

            (1)CURB SUGAR SPIKES IN THE BLOOD

To curb your blood sugar spikes your therapy has to include GYMNEMA. This is necessary because it regulates and maintains your blood sugar levels at the normal range. When this happens the sugar spikes in you blood are reduced and can be eliminated so this thing we call life becomes more normal.

            (2)CONTROL BRAIN FUNCTION

Now, to control the brain function so that you do not crave sweets this therapy includes GARCINIA CAMBOGIA which allows the brain function of creating hunger and the need to eat to be kept in check. So that you are not in a constant state of wanting to eat and eat…….you get the picture.

            (3)GET OPTIMUM NUTRITION WITH EVERY MEAL

Finally to get optimum nutrition to your body and you have to be careful because this is where most FAIL, eat healthy, nutritious and balanced meals. You do not want to fix a one thing and create another half a dozen new situations. Sometimes you are so focused on the current symptoms that you neglect another areas and create a vicious endless cycle.

Working on the whole with the just right amount of ingredients, proper portions, education and coaching will bring your own customize result. Remember we are not all the same ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. But the same ingredients are necessary.

Carole today does not experience her “sweet tooth” cravings. George was surprised that there was more to life away from the dining table and yes his medications were reduced and most of them eliminated by his doctor. Mariam now expects and receives fullness from her meals.

These results came as a surprise to each of the individuals because they thought what they were experiencing was actually normal and that was how their lives turned out. But I knew that with the proper therapy and care they can enjoy a “NORMAL LIFE” something we sometimes take for granted.
