Nokia 3250: Just Spin it

By: Carly

A mobile phone with phenomenal frontal appeal, the Nokia 3250 phone is dressed to kill. No, not literally. But, it would de facto sweep you off your feet with its twisting mechanism. The Nokia 3250 handset is available in three non-metallic colours - green, black, and pink. The handsets bear earthy tones and remind one of clay. It seems as though the colours insinuate the pliability of the handset. At first, the phone looks like a conventional candy bar Nokia mobile handset. But then, the presence of two thin frames of silver colour on the handset's visage draw attention to something unique.

The handset has two sets of keys separated by the silver frames.

A large picture display is stationed at the top of the handset. The screen is of a considerable size, and appears to be exploding with 262K colours. The TFT screen oozes hues that aptly define an image. 176x208 pixels account for picture resolution. The images formed therein are clear and bright. The group of keys in the display segment include the receiving, calling, end call, clear, and menu buttons. A small navigation button also features in the portion.

A proper keypad is located beneath this section. It consists of three columns of number and alphabet keys.Laced with the Symbian Operating System, the phone has a stupendous host of features. This is enhanced by exceptional serviceability. One of the prime functions of the Symbian Operating System is to support downloading of applications and softwares by creating compatible environment for them. EDGE technology accelerates speed of data transfer. It even expedites access to internet.Dedicated music keys enhance music functionality. A 2 mega pixel camera enables you to record cheerful moments.

The Nokia 3250 phone would send the heads of your competitors spinning, and not just with its store of features.
