The new LG U830 model handset is another member of the Chocolate family but this time the familiar-looking U830 and arrives fitted with a 3.5G wireless technology ensuring better performance and stunning looks.
The Chocolate phone revitalised LG's position in the UK mobile phone market. The touch-sensitive controls and black livery of the handset are a highly stylish combination that proved very popular.

The new U830 model handset from LG is a tad larger and heavier, but it's hardly noticeable. It is the display quality that is more striking among its characteristic features. The handset comes with a resolution of 220x176 pixels to 320x240 (QVGA) pixels, while the front screen boasts an impressive 128x160 pixels and 262,000 colours display.

The U830 model handset has a keypad that has a lot of shortcuts for ease of operation, including access to profile setting, mobile TV, contacts, messaging, video calling and the 3 music store. Once 3's HSDPA network is up and running, the LG U830 mobile phone can change gears for faster downloading.

The LG U830 model handset comes with a weight of 93 grams and measurement of 98 x 49 x 14.8mm that makes this model really light weight and comfortable to hold in hand and carry in pocket. The handset comes with built-in Bluetooth and USB connectivity, infrared and A2DP facility. Another stunning feature of this model is the availability of video games in the handset.
