The stylish Ninja Ryu Hayabusa is back, and he is brandishing his sword at the Xbox 360. There will finally be a sequel to the blockbuster smash hit Ninja Gaiden. Microsoft has corroborated that Ninja Gaiden 2 will be making its next generation debut. After two remakes, (Ninja Gaiden Black and Ninja Gaiden Sigma) Ninja Gaiden 2 is a reality.
The dramatic difference in this iteration is the publisher.
Tecmo is no longer entailed, and Microsoft will be publishing Ninja Gaiden 2. This means that the game will be a Microsoft Xbox 360 exclusive. Judging from the screenshots, the visuals in Ninja Gaiden 2 appear to be as brilliant as Ninja Gaiden Sigma on the PlayStation 3. Ninja Gaiden 2 will be rated mature, so expect to see an excessive amount of blood on screen. From the looks of it, Ryu Hayabusa will have a new claw weapon at his disposal. In addition, he seems to have two sharp blades that attach to the bottom of his feet. Ninja Gaiden 2 is slated for a 2008 release date.
