Accounting, Tax & FRS/Audit Services


As a full member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) with the Singapore Accountancy Commission, our sister company, Aspri Associates, can provide you with the following professional accounting services, under the same roof:
  • Preparation of Year End Financial Statements and Annual Reports/Audit Reports;
  • Payroll, financial management/administration & Monthly/Quarterly Accounting Tax Filing (Corporate and Personal Income Tax, Quarterly GST submission);
  • Review of your business for eligibility for Relief for International Trade, Tax Exemption Scheme, Certificate of Residency (COR), PIC Scheme;
  • Assistance in applying for COR, registering for GST, registering for CPF account.

Migration Services

Aditionally, through our related Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Employment Agency (that holds a comprehensive license), or working with your HR administrator, we can assist you in applying for the following passes:
  • Employment Pass & SPass, Work Permits;
  • Personalised Employment Pass “PEP” (conversion of existing EP holder to PEP & new applications for foreign professionals/consultants);

Subsequently, if you wish, we can guide you on how to set up your own Company’s EPOnline account with MOM, enabling you to apply for, and administrate, your company’s foreign employees’ passes in-house, without needing to rely on an agent.

We are experienced in assisting modern families/partners with common law spouses to migrate to Singapore. We are also knowledgeable in setting up legally compliant "light" business structures for Dependent Pass holders who wish to legally work for themselves on a Letter of Consent "LOC".

Other Migration / Residency Services
Usually, the clients we assist in applying for Singapore Permanent Residency (“SPR”), are high-earning executives holding an Employment Pass/PEP/EntePass or business owners/directors of companies/branch offices that we have helped to setup, and whom we know to be strong candidates for SPR.

However, we do offer SPR application review services for eligible EP/PEP/EntrePass holders and business owners on an ad hoc basis. If you would like to engage a “second pair of eyes” to look over your completed application for Singapore Permanent Residency under the Professionals/Technical Personnel and Skilled Workers Scheme or via the Global Investor Programme (GIP) route, we would be happy to render our assistance.

For Singaporeans/PRs, we can help you to apply for PR status for your spouse/children, or renew your re-entry permit.
