This allows the user to conduct a series of alternatives in searching for either a number or text. The only thing you have to do here is type the characters you are searching for in the find and replace dialog box and then click the find all option. After Excel finishes its search through all cells, it will give back significant results. There will then be a find next button, which allows you to proceed to the next cell. Take note that searching in a determined block of cells is possible as well.
