If a person were to lock himself up in his room due to personal doubt, fears and wallow in self-pity over his past failures he would never lead a successful life. How could he? He is too busy drowning himself in negative thinking? Such attitudes would never help a person to take any step towards positive life or success in life. o Self-improvement is a one-day at a time process. It does not happen over night. You have to put forth your conscious effort to improve yourself in order to succeed in life.

o Set forth reasonable goals and work towards them with a steady effort. Once you are aware of what you are doing you would have a clear idea as to what goals you are pursuing and how you are going about them.

o More than anything you should be willing to accept change. Unless you accept change you would not be willing to change yourself and if you are not willing to change, you cannot follow the lessons or practice self-improvement.
