Old Testament:

In this verse, the Lord was asking Himself about something to do.
In the Quran, Allah does not do that! Because Allah is not like us!

It says:

This verse explains why men do not believe.
The reason is that you are materialistic and they would believe only if the chastisement comes face to face with them.

This verse talks about Abraham said to his people that the Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, He who created them. It was a great debate between Abraham and his people that is not mentioned in the Bible!
