But you say if everyone knew this secret, there would be more bigger guys walking around all the time. Truth is there are more than there use to be. However, muscular guys are not as rare as they once were, but still not enough of them to make it a normal every day thing that you see walking down the street. Walk into any local gym and I guarantee you only see a select few that look like a hardcore freaky bodybuilder.



Why is it that so many guys want to be this big, but are not big? It takes great discipline, dedication, and hard work. They don't believe, they start out on the right track but can't take it, or they are just plain lazy. There is more to it then just lifting a weight to be considered a "bodybuilder" in this sport. You can lift weights every single day and you won't get results unless you know the secrets.

Misconceptions in the bodybuilding world are far in between. You will hear this, you will hear that, what do you believe? It sends you into a mental spiral where you are looking for the best new workout, the newest exercise, the newest supplement that magically gives you gains overnight. Your mind, within this mental spiral is then confused, you then don't know what to believe anymore. Thus, you give up and believe it can't be done. Truth is, it can.
