That covers only the surgeon's fee and does not include the fee for the surgical facility, anesthesia, medical test, prescriptions and other miscellaneous cost related to the surgery. Blepharoplasty package in the Philippines are relatively cheaper compared to the United States, and package usually includes the surgeons fee, anesthesiologist fee, operating room cost, intraoperative medication and pre/post procedure consultation.
