As announced by Ratan Tata, Tata Nano will adhere to EURO IV standards. Nano promises a strong passenger compartment, with the latest safety features including crumple zones, intrusion-resistant doors, seat belts, strong seats and anchorages. The rear tailgate glass of Nano is bonded to the body making it even safer. Tubeless tiers help in further enhancing safety.
