Ingredients:

4 heads of fresh broccoli, chopped

1 •1/2 cups of shredded American cheese

1 (10.75 ounce) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 •1/2 teaspoons of salt

2 teaspoons of ground black pepper

3 tablespoons of butter

2 cups of crushed, seasoned croutons

Directions:

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, or 175 degrees C. Then Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the broccoli in the boiling water for about 1 minute. Then drain, and set aside. Next, In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper together. Stir until the cheese is melted and add the broccoli, while stirring to coat. Transfer the mixture to a 9è—13 inch baking dish. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and mix in the croutons, and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the topping is browned and the broccoli is tender.

Roasted Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

1 lb of baby potatoes, cut in half

Enough olive oil to coat them

Italian Seasoning Spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F or 175C. Cut the baby potatoes in half, and put in a plastic bag with the olive oil and coat. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and season liberally with the Italian Spice. Place on middle rack in oven and cook for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
