First of all the most common Creatine product which is used by the bodybuilders is Creatine Monohydrate. It is one of the first products of Creatine that have been found and created till date. It the most original form of Creatine that is available in the market. The Creatine increases the water retention capability of the muscles once it enters our body. As a result of this the muscles are capable of storing more amount of water at a time and hence the size of the muscles increases. Creatine monohydrate taken some time to get absorbed in the muscles of our body but the ease of its still makes it one of the most commonly used supplement for bodybuilding.

Creatine Ethyl Ester is another supplement which most of the bodybuilders take to boost the muscle building process in their bodies. It is a new product which is far better than the Creatine Monohydrate. It is believed to be 4000 times more effective than the usual Creatine Monohydrate supplements used by most of the bodybuilders and athletes. This is because Creatine ethyl ester gets directly absorbed into our bloodstream while monohydrate products need some time to penetrate into the bloodstream of our body. There is no loading phase in the case of Creatine ethyl ester and it saves a lot of time for the bodybuilder as he had to wait for the monohydrate to act in the body for boosting the muscle growth.

Nowadays, there are several drinks which do the work of these supplements and these drinks are called all in one protein drinks. Companies which produce and distribute these supplements have realized that taking supplements for every other reason has made the people very frustrated and they find it very difficult to take each supplement separately. So these companies have come up with a better solution and the result is an all in one protein drink. This drink contains all the nutrients which a collection of supplements contain and these drinks should be taken regularly with a fixed interval of time. Hence these drinks have made the bodybuilding process easier than ever.
