The idea behind the Detox Foot Spa has been around for hundreds of years. Recently, it has become very popular to support the message of having a healthier body. Now, with an understanding of how they work and what is expected the popularity of the baths has taken off. The biggest factor we can attribute it to, is the progression in the measures used with the bath itself and this is one of the reasons for the rising popularity of the baths.
This foothold is only as good as the results, however, and this is yet another reason that the systems have really begun to take off. This systems are proving to be successful in curing or reducing many different types of symptoms. Frequent headaches has become one of the largest complaints in society today. It seems that in every building across the globe at least one person is either complaining of headaches or is taking some sort of pain reliever for one. With the Detox Foot Bath there is now a natural way that has been proven effective at reducing the frequency of these headaches if it doesn't go ahead and completely cure them.
Acne is another major issue in society that affects all ages. For whatever reason this issue seems to have gotten more common in the recent past. This is an issue that, while not particularly debilitating or harmful physically, can be quite embarrassing and frustrating as it seems to have no rhyme or reason much of the time. As with anything else if there isn't any real cause that can be pinpointed it is very difficult to work towards dealing with the problem. For those that need a solution, a Detox Foot Bath can be used as a lifeline. Acne is a very common symptom of toxins in the body, and as such it can be cured by treating the underlying issue. Acne problems are likely to go away once the toxins have been flushed out.
A very common symptom of toxins in the body is allergies. Many people who have never had allergies before in their lives suddenly become allergic to something they've been around for years. This type of allergy is often times caused by an increase in the toxins in the body. It isn't that the body has become allergic to something new, but in fact it is the combination of the new toxins along with the outside element that now react to cause an allergic reaction. New allergies will revert back to not being an issue once the toxins have been cleansed out the body.
With all of these symptoms proving to be effectively eliminated through a Detox Foot Bath it is very worthwhile for anyone with any lingering ailments to take a chance on it and try it out.
Detox Foot Bath Scam
Detox foot baths have become popular in the last few years, and as always with something new, someone's going come up with an opposing opinion on it. We are now starting to see some negative articles on the subject as I expected would happen. But before you go into agreement with the nay sayers, read the rest of this article before you decide on whether or not this is something for you.
First off, there is a misconception about foot baths I would like to clear up. The unit itself does not detox you! It's not about detoxing through your feet. Let me explain.
The body has its own electrical impulses that flow through out the body daily. In a normal healthy body this flow goes uninterrupted. However, as toxicity, injury and illness occur the electrical flow can be slowed, rerouted or stopped and one starts to feel bad. The ionic foot bath, which is not a medical device but rather an instrument of assistance, gently puts a current of positive and negative ions into the water which travel throughout the body. Negative ions can create a sense of well being. The goal here is to restore the proper flow of the electrical impulses so that the body can heal itself. It is the benefit after a foot bath that we are interested in.
I have occasionally noticed that when people start on a detox foot bath regimen, they may feel worse afterwards and possibly the next day as well. Detoxing can make you feel that way. Sometimes the opposite occurs and people feel energetic. When the body's bio-electric energy starts to balance, the body can go into healing mode, that means detoxing so the bodies cells can function as it should. The detoxing takes place after the session and that's why you don't want to do a foot bath again for at least 72 hours because you want to allow the body to eliminate the toxins. I know from my own experience that I personally can get very bad breath and a metallic taste the day after a foot bath. My arthritis completely cleared up after about 10 sessions of foot baths and has not returned for more than 2 years. I know without a doubt that it was the foot baths because I didn't change anything else and felt better and better after each foot bath. Sometimes I would feel so energetic that I would have to go into furious cleaning mode or do something else physical because I felt so good.
Now, let's address the color change in the water. Pay no attention to the color of the water. With or without feet in the water you will get color change. While it is very interesting to watch, it is not coming out of your body, although if one studied samples of the water there may be minute particles of mucus. The body has its own channels of elimination and that's all you are trying to accomplish with a foot bath.
I do a foot bath at least once a month for maintenance and I always feel very energetic for days after. You can go to any site that sells foot baths and get real life stories from the people that have been helped by the foot baths. There may be people who have tried it and didn't get any results from it. That's ok too.
I do think more studies need to be done, and not just studies of what is in the water, but rather what is it actually doing for the individual. There have been a number of studies done showing the positive effect of negative ions. I would hate to think that nay sayers eventually have their way and ruin another good thing that could potentially help many people.
Don't be afraid to try it and see what it could possibly do for you!
