Quite a few people also suffer with eczema around their eyes. The problem with that is everybody can see your rash and when it irritates you, you can sometimes scratch away at your delicate eye area which can cause more problems.

If you change the foods you are eating for say, four weeks, and keep a journal of the foods you are eating I am sure you will see a marked difference in the condition of your eczema.

Eat foods which are full of enzymes. Enzymes are one of the most important factors which determine the state of your health. Foods containing enzymes include seeds such as pumpkin seed and sunflower seed. Two or three tablespoons of each per day will make a difference.

You've heard it all before but including fresh organic fruit and vegetable juices are paramount. These have the ability to deep cleanse your body system which is paramount in creating a more efficient immune system.

Include foods containing Chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is very similar in composition to haemoglobin, the important oxygen-carrying component of red blood cells. An excellent source of Chlorophyll is wheatgrass.
