In this time of rapidly increasing maintenance fees and arbitrary assessment costs, Apex Professionals rescues timeshare owners. With current recession conditions many owners find that they no longer can afford their timeshare or are not using it enough to justify keeping it. Some owners inherit their timeshare and want to rid themselves before having to pay more expenses. There are some owners that find that their timeshare restricts feeling free to travel elsewhere so they want to get rid of the timeshare and go wherever they please. Most owners that chose to sell their own timeshare will meet with stress, frustration and less than cooperative attitudes from the company that sold them the timeshare. If you are in a hurry or are tired of getting nowhere with selling your timeshare, let Apex Professionals LLC make an immediate offer to purchase or assume your timeshare.

As a timeshare owner you may have realized by now that timeshares are not selling in the current economy. Quite literally you can not give them away. Intended recipients do not want to incur the costs associated with owning a timeshare. The companies that sell timeshares have continuously raised maintenance fees and other assessment costs year after year. They have developed a listing approach to scheduling availability times for owners. Owners are finding it more difficult to get the dates they desire for using their timeshare at their chosen location. Blackout dates are preventing owners from using their timeshares on holidays. Between the cost and availability issues, disgruntled owners are trying to sell in records numbers. It is into this environment of dissatisfaction that Apex Professionals LLC has stepped up to free timeshare owners from their burden.

On the date you decide to use the service, Apex Professionals LLC or its assigns will take over responsibility for maintenance fees, assessments and property taxes.
