1) STOP Marketing your business! - Now many people see this bizarre statement and think I am mad... let's think about this for a second. How successful have you been getting that home business lead by harassing your friends and family about joining your "business opportunity"?...

When you have purchased a MLM lead list and the prospects have shown great enthusiasm about joining your "Downline" to make you more money?.... Can I assume that if your experiences are anything like mine in my first few months, not very much.

So how can you improve your results by stop marketing your business? Well I suggest change the emphasis from marketing the business, to marketing YOU!

The reason I say this is because people buy into people. This is what 95% of network marketers miss and this is very key to your success. So I suggest making yourself look very "Attractive".

2) Making Yourself "Attractive" - Now as I have stated you have to make yourself attractive. To make this very clear I do not mean physically, I mean in a magnetic way. So people feel "attracted" to you.

You want to put all of your effort into giving your audience valuable information that can help them answer all the questions they have in their head, that is literally driving them crazy. You see if you can be the answer to their problem, you are "Attractive" and they will chase you to join your MLM lead list.

3) Writing effective Copy - Believe it or not in most cases you will attract your Home Business Lead with the smart words you write. People want effective information, and your job, if you want to do well, is to translate these answers into well written, and interesting articles, blog posts, etc.

Now, lets put one thing into perspective here, this will not happen over night. However done correctly you can get realistic results in 30 - 60 days. I suggest that you be yourself, you are not writing a textbook, you are putting across your tips in your own words.

4) Lead Capture - Once you get some interest from your article, blog, etc it is important to have a "call to action". This means a way to direct your prospect to keep hold of their contacts, e.g. name and email, so you can follow up with your tips or offers.

This is ultimately what you have been working on here to attract your Home Business Lead, once you have that person on your "list" you can keep in regular contact, and let's not forget this person loves your work and is interested in what you have to say or offer.

To put this into perspective, let's say you had a list of 1000 prospects on your MLM Lead List that have all read and loved your articles.

If you have a new offer, e.g. a $49 eBook and you send this offer to your list and 20% want to buy it, that's $9,800 for one email!... or let's say you send an email out to that same list and invite them to read your Free eBook indirectly about your mlm/network marketing business and 20% like it and contact you, that 1 article has generated 200 targeted leads!

Now do you see why the professional 5% work hard on bringing people to them?

The quickest way to capture this information is to setup a simple lead capture page, or "Squeeze page" as the industry call it. This is a very basic one page website that has a killer headline related to your offer and then "a call to action to join your "list".

After they join your list you simply follow up with effective emails.

5) Autoresponder - Now you may be thinking how can you keep up with all these emails? Well, the simple answer is you don't have to. Put it on "Auto-Pilot".

Basically you need an Autoresponder. An Autoresponder is a piece of software that stores your prospects in a database (your list) and sends out emails on your behalf as you like.

You setup the autoresponder to send pre-written follow up emails that are personalised to each prospect. These are sent at intervals that you decide up front, e.g. every day, every 2 days, etc...

I use Aweber, they do charge for this service but you get a very reliable service that saves you many hours of admin and MLM Lead List management. Take my word for it, all the pros use an Auto responder.

So, now you know what you have to do to get your Home Business Lead coming to you, and you also know how to follow up these prospects once they have been "Attracted" to you.
