There are two kinds of love: CRAZY LOVE and SANE LOVE. In sane love, there is an increasing commitment and emotional security. In crazy love, you are never quite sure of the other person. You often wonder if he loves you because he returns your love just to keep you hanging on. He leads you on just a little bit, throwing love pellets whenever he wants, however he wants.



Sometimes he calls. Sometimes he doesn't. He is never punctual. And what is worse is that there are times when e does not show up. And all the time you keep on hoping that to keep your love returned fully.

You think about him all the time, yet you are happy and at the same time sad, confused and feel more insecure day by day. Crazy love is crazy because it is a one sided affair. You are head over heels in love with him and e is not with you. Te more you give yourself to make him in love with you the less he gives and so the more desperate you are.

But just because you have a few unsuccessful relationship with men who ended up treating you badly, it does not mean that you are capable of Sane love. The first step is to recognize Crazy love and understand why is it unhealthy and hopeless.

To break out of this trap is one of the hardest thing to do. First you have to admit that there are nice guys out there who are capable of being hurt. Hence the next time around, you've got to be wary before giving you heart yo a man. Right from the start, never go out starry-eyed with someone and assume he is Mr. Prefect until instances prove otherwise. Just enjoy being with him and check him out if you are planning to see him again.

Second, ask yourself the following questions. Is he an honest person? Did he lie to other people already? Even if the lie may seem insequential, at times you should let him pass off. If he is capable of lying in small matters, the more he is capable of braiding bigger lies in the future.

Is he responsible? Does he take care of himself? A responsible person makes a responsible man. It doesn't matter if he is filth rich for as long as he is responsible. Be sensitive and observant about anything. Men who have gotten away with treating women badly for a long time just can't help trying the same thing wit you. You might be able to make him treat you differently, but only if you out your foot down the very first time he did something bad.
