There can be hundreds of reasons why you will fail in a date. But the most important reason is fear. A face with all the blood drained out from it, quivering lips can spoil a date badly. There are thousands of people who often are really scared to go for a date or suddenly feel tensed up when their date arrives.



The fear can have many reasons but the effect is that the person on the other side will feel embarrassed and sometimes insulted. In fact panic or fear is a turn off for many people. The first step towards combating fear is to identify the reason of it and then try to eradicate it. If you are scared of rejection then try to think about this like a game. It might also happen that you do not like the person and reject him. There is no harm in doing so and accepting it as well. And if you are scared thinking that you are not capable of attracting the date then get rid of this feeling because this cannot happen that you will win all the games.

But fear will worsen the situation and hike the chances of your loosing it. Sometimes you are not confident about your appearance and looks. This should be the last reason to be scared. Because if a person is up to judging you according to your looks then the person is a shallow one and not at all fit for you. You can also try out some of the deep breathing techniques which often work wonders in releasing the stress from a person.

Never call up your date at the last moment and give an excuse to call it off just because you are scared. This will be the silliest thing on the earth to be done. Try to pull up your confidence and keep telling yourself that you are no way less than the person you are dating and be steady to accept whatever comes your way with a sweet smile on face.
