As an over the road truck driver, finding the right energy drink is very important. Several products on the market list ingredients such as guarana, caffeine and ginseng, but wouldn't it be nice to have one that offers a daily vitamin supplement!?! Trying to stay healthy and eating right is challenging while living on the road. Driving over the road as an occupation, a person is limited to a 12 volt lunchbox style stove and a cooler - exercising space also has it's drawbacks.

Many energy drinks can help stimulate you through the beginning hours of the day, but then what? You're either reaching for another liquid pick-me-upper or simply become another lethargic motorist on the road.

With the proper diet and exercise, a person can be vigilant much of the day but, depending on one's livelihood, a routinely daily undertaking within their careers can be quite mind-numbing after awhile. Therefore, the proper aids and supplements are not only a must, but also serves as a safety shield for all of those who could immediately be effected by a person's job performance.

Having an all-in-one dietary supplement and/or an energy drink that lasts throughout the entire day, and without any side effects that doesn't keep you up at night would be great. The right amount of exercise - a healthy diet along with a great vitamin supplement equals a vigorous attitude and a positive outlook on life.
