Hypnotherapy Past Life Regression

    View:
Doreen was sent to me by a good friend who said: "she is my best friend and a fascinating woman." "Well, I said, aren't we all fascinating?" "You'll see" my friend replied.

Doreen was a 32-years-old MD, married with 2 little boys, and unhappy. She felt alone. Her husband was an officer in the air force, doing boring office work. At home, he would do nothing but watch TV and drink beer. She told me she had three lovers since she was married trying to fill this void. She thinks her husband knows but doesn't care. They had been to marriage counseling but things didn't change much. "So what do you want?" I asked. "I need to figure out my life. It's not working." She replied. "Do you love him?" I wondered. "I don't know any more" She said sadly. "I would like to remind you that Past Life Regression is like looking at an old photo album. I can't make the decision for you. It's always up to you since you are the only expert on your life. My job is to be the tour guide on the sight seeing called "Doreen's former life." "You're right." She agreed. "What's now?" "Now I would like you to try and put it into a question form." "What?" She wondered. "I mean, put the issue you came here for, in a question form that we can send to your "computer" so it will show us the most appropriate "file" regarding this matter." I explained. "How about, should I stay with him?" She replied. "Let's go for the adventure!" I summarized

As I started the past life regression she began laughing. "Hey, I'm black! And this raffia skirt, actually we make it of some leafs, coconut or something...." "Where are we? And how old are you?" I asked. "I'm 8 and it's a beautiful tropical island. Palms and coconut trees. The village is right here. Little huts made of mud." "O.K" I interrupted this pastoral description, bearing in mind the purpose of our regression. "And what exactly are you doing?" "I'm helping the women." "Where are the men?" "They are gone. I think they went hunting. Yes. And we're cleaning and taking care of the youngsters." "What happens next?" "I'm hiking up this trail in the forest. It's so beautiful! Lots of shapes and green bushes and trees, it's pretty! I love it here!" I let her enjoy the experience for a while. "Oh and here's the waterfall!" She got all exited. "Oh Oh. I'm scared. My heart is pounding!" "What is it? You don't have to take this path, if you don't like it, you know." I calmed her down. "Yes I know" she replied "But I want to." "All right. What happens next?" "There are 4 black men coming towards me!" "You're black too, remember?" I mentioned. "They are taller and thinner than us. It's the other tribe!" "So?" I asked. "You see, I'm not supposed to go beyond this point. The waterfall I mean. It's their territory!" She was terrified. "Just relax and imagine it's only a movie you're watching, take a deep breath." I soothed her. She inhaled deeply and I could see her relax. "O.K. this is better. "They pick me up and take me to their village. I'm screaming but it doesn't help much. I knew I shouldn't have gone beyond the waterfall point! I should have listened to the elderly! I'm so scared!" "What do you see?" I focused her attention off the guilt trip she was in. "It's a beautiful totem, tall and well shaped made of some dark wood, overlooking the village. I like that!" "What else do you see?" "They are taking me to the circle. There's a ceremony going on. They tie me to the poll. They are dancing and Singing. There's a big pot simmering in the middle. Wow, they're chopping my head off! That was surprising! I'm floating. I can fly above the fire and the whole village! This is amazing!" "Can you tell me what you see?" I said curiously. "They're cooking my body. That's why my people kept warning me! They never said exactly what will happen if we go beyond that point, but they were very strict about it." She replied and then kept quiet for a long time. "O.K. now that you're out of your body, how do you summarize the life you had just lived?" "Well, it was very simple, natural, and tribal past life. You can't exist out of the community and if you don't follow the rules, don't respect the norms-you're dead. Literally. And I was stupid or curious or arrogant, and it had cost me my former life, at the age of 8. I should have never gone there by myself" she said quietly. "Now let's leave all this behind. Take a few deep breaths and tell me how this information is relevant to your recent life?" "Ah, it's very simple. First, I should never be alone. And since the age of 18 I always had a boyfriend. Makes me feel safe. And secondly, if I'll get off the normative trails of society, you know, conventions, I'll die." "What do you mean? Like what?" I wondered. "Like getting divorced" she replied on an instance, surprising both of us. I let her stay with this for a while. We cleared off the guilt, and implanted new concepts regarding freedom of choice and social norms.

Wow, my past life was like a fairytale!" She said as she opened her eyes. "Indeed" I smiled. I knew she needed some time to sort things out. "How about you call me in a week and tell me how you're doing?" I suggested.

A week later she called to thank me and told me she had "fired" her lover because she can be by herself now, and still feel safe. She also said she is considering filing a divorce suit, since she wants to move on with her life. She said she's relieved and excited at the same time.
Hypnotherapy Past Life Regression
While there is no denying that a vast number of people are curious with regards to their past lives, the number of people who are interested purely for the sake of being able to improve their current life, is dramatically less. Of course, some people still continue to question the possibility of having had past lives even though it is so widely accepted by almost all religions.

It's hardly surprising really that so few people appreciate the value of Past Life Regression when one considers that for most people, the interest they have in their past lives is based purely on curiosity and nothing more.

This is what Past Life Regression, a science that can be applied to improve ourselves is. Going through past life regression actually benefits us and that's what all of us want, isn't it? Quintessentially, through past life regression, you'll learn about ?yesterday' we talked of above so as to have better ?tomorrows'.

Before beginning a past life regression session it is imperative that you are certain and believe certain things.

Never doubt that your previous life has a part in your current one. The things that happened before exist in memories that are in your unconscious and need a bit of prodding to come to the top.

Your knowledge of a past life experience will not help you much. You must take that information and use it in a practical manner in order to have positive results in this life.

The past is hidden in the present. Therefore it influences the latter. Past life regression jogs past memories and brings them forefront.

There are a few people who cannot for whatever reason believe in past lives or reincarnation. However they can still benefit from past life regression therapy. Positive changes or avoiding huge mistakes in this life are all possible even if you think that it is all in your imagination.

Whether you are a believer or not experts still say that you can benefit from past life regression therapy for a couple of reasons.

You are expected to take into account your shortcomings in the previous life and not repeat the mistakes in your present life.

Unfortunately, a vast number of people simply refuse to acknowledge the possibility of past lives or reincarnation. This is regrettable because drawing from past life experiences can provide you with the knowledge to avoid major pitfalls in this life. This can still be the case even if you remain skeptical and blame your imagination for the memories which come to mind.

* If you can benefit from the sessions by taking what you learned and changing your life then it stands to reason this was a past life experience.

* The reality of a past life experience becomes apparent when one applies something from a past life regression session to this life and then benefits from it.

* Furthermore, it is believed that even if you refuse to accept memories resulting from past life regression to indeed be from a past life experience, the very process will quite often free you from other mental burdens.

* It is a healing process that reverses past trauma that may be destroying your life today

* You will be much clearer in thought and action

* Self confidence, better judgment, determination and the ability to focus properly on the things that matter are all benefits of past life regression.

* Past life regression effectively helps one to avoid the repetition of mistakes made in one's past life.

* Past life, experiences can answer a lot of questions about whom and what you are.

* Opening windows into the past opens up doors for future benefit.

No matter where you stand on the issue of past life, regression therapy you can believe that there is a positive result. When you are ready to make some positive changes in this current life it is surely worth a try, what do you have to lose?
