For small and medium businesses that operate outside North America, opening an office within the region may be difficult due to the overall costs of renting space, equipment, and hiring employees. If you want to maintain good customer relations, then you need to invest in a free forwarding service that allows customers to contact you quickly and easily.

After you receive your toll free forwarding number, make sure you put it on all advertising materials, instructional guides, your website, and other marketing information so customers can find it easily. Even though your offices are in another country, customers will not have to be bothered with international phone charges. You can also use free forwarding services for other areas of your business as well including shipping, receiving, marketing, and finance.

If your business hires sales people who have to travel to other countries during the year for sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows, giving them a toll free forwarding number to call can help make their trips less costly. Because hotels charge extra for international calls, having a toll free number to call when calling the home office will save salespeople a lot of money.
