The rest of the text supports the headlines and gives additional details, but these are not as significant as the headlines themselves, and a person doesn't need to read them to understand the basic topic.

Most people glance through a brochure first and then read through with greater attention if they like what they see during that first glance. Be sure that your brochures can hook them as quickly as possible, and then you can take the time to explain your point, and give out the rest of your information.
