As the Costa Rican economy continues to boom a once small resort town on the Central Pacific Coast has grown right along with it. Jaco used to be just a place that attracted surfers to its grand beaches and beautiful water, but it has recently gown into one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region. This has attracted many investors, both domestic and foreign, to put money into Jaco real estate. There is prime Jaco real estate available not only for large investors but for those individuals looking for a wonderful place to retire or purchase a vacation home.

One of the most attractive Jaco real estate sites for this latter group is the Cerro Fresco resort community that offers spectacular views of the beach and Pacific Ocean from its beautiful bungalows. These bungalows and the view itself can be seen by accessing the resort's website at www.cerrofresco.com. The prices are reasonable and people will find themselves in close proximity to the attractions of Jaco as well as the gateway to the majestic highlands region.

This Jaco real estate opportunity offers amenities that rival five star hotels anywhere in the world. One of the top restaurants in the area is right on the property and there is a very classy spa. The concierge service is unmatched and helps arrange excursions to any of the local attractions.

It doesn't matter whether people want to surf, lie on the majestic beach, or sample the fine dining and nightlife in Jaco itself, it is all available. The Jaco real estate market offers good opportunities such as Cerro Fresco to everyone and the value of real estate in the area is expected to continue to appreciate. There are great options available for both the small and large investor but they will not be around indefinitely.
