Sometimes it really is not worth the fight to try to change someone's mind, but other times it is very important. There are some simple things you can do that will help you in trying to influence people and the way someone else thinks.

You have to ask them to come to your side of things. They may not even realize you have been working to change their mind until you ask.

These five steps can help you influence others without being pushy. Most often being pushy ruins any chance of changing someone's mind. You should always be prepared before working to change someone's mind.
