- Don't try to do everything by yourself. First a sales rep becomes effective at selling and promoting a product or a service to a customer. If you want to be efficient on the multi level marketing business you don't have to get more than 10 customers. If you coach 2 people to get 10 customers, you will be much more valuable at getting your product to consumers than if you were just distributing products by yourself. The MLM is a Team Effort business.

- A sales representative (distributor) first becomes effective at selling a product (any product) or a service (any service) to a consumer. If you want to be efficient on the MLM business you don't need to get more than 10 customers if you train 2 people to get 10 customers, you will be much more effective at getting your valuable product to consumers than if you were just distributing products on your own. Remember that the multi level marketing business is a Team Effort business. Don't try to do everything by yourself.

- Recruit one person and coach him/her how to get consumers. This individual would be called your downline.

- Once your sales rep can get customers , then train them how to recruit another person

- Make sure that your sales rep can guide his/her new sales rep how to get customers - Then, you recruit one other person and repeat steps two through four. Keep doing this until you make the income you desire.

How do commission plans work?

Some company's plan appears complicated at first because most of the companies try to figure out how to get a sales rep to sell more products. Company's plans split the money that it set aside for commissions in different pails

One pail is to motivate their distributor to sell products to consumers.

Other pail is to encourage sales reps to train new people. That is call sponsor

Companies tray to pay huge commission because is the way that they retain sales rep in the company. It is important to achieve the top of the commission structure to earn a very good income. Every person who joins an MLM company chooses what level they want to achieve, based on results. Keep in mind that the only person that deserves a promotion is the one who produces the most for the company! If you don't like that idea, you might want to think about this: always to achieve a goal you will have standards to meet.

To be a baseball player you simply buy some staff for a few hundred dollars and go play baseball that is the base level "standard" to participate. To be considered a good baseball player there are higher standards you must meet, to be a great baseball player there are even higher standards. This is true of every sport, every business and every professional. Having a doctor's degree doesn't make you a great doctor. Now, exceeding performance standards is the way to winner in networking.

In MLM, to participate you buy an inexpensive distributor kit. This is similar to saying that you "play baseball." It takes almost nothing to achieve this level - therefore many (millions) can achieve this easy standard.

To be great in MLM (and enjoy the lifestyle that is offered) specific lines of achievement have been established performance standards have been established and everybody must achieve them to have the level of achievement their want.

Now, exceeding performance standards is the way to success in MLM. On any MLM business you will have to work and increase your skill level to achieve your goals. It is important the company that you choose. It needs to have good products, training, web-site and a good compensation plan.

Before you start my review of the Profit Lance System, please turn off the Television and any other distractions. The information that I am granting here will allow you to make up your own mind if Profit Lance is a scam or not. Continue ...

A little over 5 weeks ago I was surfing the web looking for reviews on gaining money from home. I came across yet another making money opportunity by the name of Profit Lance. I read through the website and it sounded well and nice, but I did NOT purchase it right away. You ask yourself why ? Well, in the past I bought 12 Making Money products and none of them delivered the goods. In my opinion they were all scams, because all you received was the author telling you how much earnings they achieved and how you can also make money on the net ... they were coloring a picture in my head of what my goal was, but there was no clear path on how to get there.

I used up over $350 in 5 months on 12 systems and all I received were ebooks. Overall I made approximately $19 using the methods in the ebooks. They were all just scams probably written by the same person, just advertising them under different names. The mistake I made was not to read any reviews or user comments before I bought them. I wasn't going to make the same mistake this time. I looked at other reviews of the ProfitLance system, because $67 is a lot of money to spend on one shot (update: last time I checked, the price went up to $77). Reading the reviews I noticed that most of the reviewers were happy with the Profit Lance system and that it is not a scam (at least according to them). One review mentioned that you can make $18,000 a month with the Profit Lance System and most people said that they make between $3,000 to $8,000 every month, since it was scam free. To me all of this sounded unbelievable. How is it possible to make $18,000 or even $3,000 a month without any items ? I tried it in the past, but without any success. These reviews were to good to be true.

I still decided to acquire the Profit Lance System with my credit card, because what I read was very enthralling to me (I already spent over $350, another $67 would not kill me ... I put in some extra hours at my workplace the previous week) After purchasing the Profit Lance System, I immediately got an email with my User ID and Password. Profit Lance is not an ebook like most other scams out there. You actually get entry to their website and you can even contact them via email for tips and tricks. This is very important because there is a lot of info given in the Profit Lance System; it took me 3 hours to read through everything. The information provided is not unlike what I have seen before, but the difference is that you are shown the proper ways to implement the techniques to earn money online. After reading through everything one more time (I did this at night, after work) I started to follow the steps that were provided to me in the Profit Lance System. Trust me when I tell you that this system is unlike the other making money scams that I have purchased in the past. I did not have to buy anything else, and I was able to get going right away without spending any more money than the original $67 for the actual Profit Lance System. Below you will see my review on a day to day basis showing how much money I made in 4 weeks:

All in all, within the 4 weeks I made a total of $1082.14 I do acknowledge that there might be some people that do make $8,000 to $10,000 a month with the Profit Lance System. My own experience taught me that this is not a scam, but making that kind of money is not possible. I think the max you can reach with the Profit Lance system is around $4,000 to $5,000 a month by putting in 1 to 2 hours a day. Overall I would give Profit Lance a 9 out of 10, since this is the only system that actually made me money online.
