?Hot Ink Coders: The film driven Hot Ink Coder is a continuous package order and is designed to print date and lot codes in a printing area of 38.1mm X 44 mm area on flexible packaging, films and labels. The speed of the coder is up to 200 packages per minute.

The machine is designed to meet Asian safety standards.

Easy integration without expensive mounting hardware is guaranteed by the unique mouning brackets that also allow easy adjustment of print location which minimizes the need for reorientation of the film.

?Marking & Coding Ink :

The ink for marking and coding is of two types:

1.Porous Ink (Water Base): This ink is used for overprinting purposes on corrugated boxes or on any other porous surface. The ink is available in Black, Red and Green Colors.

2.Non-Porous Ink: Used on surfaces like aluminum foil, polyester or any other non-porous laminate and is widely used in pharma and food processing industry. The ink is available in Violet, Deep blue and Black colors.

?Semi Automatic Overprinting Machine: It is an electrically operated machine used for printing on plain or laminated cartons, poly bags, pouches and porous or non-porous surfaces.

?Ink Rollers: Non-porous and felt rollers are stocked in various sizes and customized according to the need of the customer.

?Porous Ink Cartridges: Available in different colors and sizes, these cartridges are used in Handy Coders / Online Coders.

oHand Coder: A touch hand operated device used for marking and coding with rubber stereos on any substrate absorbing ink.
