Urgency knocks at the door without any prior notice. You are then found running around for the monetary help as you have spent the salary by then. However, the very salary you draw each month can do a rescue act if you opt for payday loans. These loans provide instant money within 24 hours of making the loan application. The lenders deposit the loan amount the same day in your bank account. You can thus meet any urgent expense.

Lenders provide these loans against your next paycheqe. So, you must be an employee of at least six months to qualify for borrowing the money. The lender will approve an amount that matches to your monthly salary. However, the maximum limit of borrowing is not allowed to exceed £1500 and you can take as low as £100.

Payday loans are short term loans, approved only for two weeks. The borrower is required to repay the loan at the time of next paycheqe. But, the loan can be extended for a month as well, though it is costly option.

A disadvantage is that there is lenders’ very high fee involved in the loan. In fact the fee goes so high that it may even prove to be unbearable for the borrowers. It is therefore advisable to compare the lenders for lower fee. Ensure that you take the loan for urgency only.

But one advantage of payday loans is for bad credit history people. They can borrow money without any credit checks and enquiries from the lenders. In fact, these loans have become a tool of making improvements in credit rating shortly on timely repaying the loan. Make sure that you have extensively compared the lenders, whom you can find in plenty on internet. Avoid extending the loan. Lenders will charge high fee on each time you seek the extension.
