Many traditional businesses eventually fail because they are not willing to change with the shopping habits of their customers. With an internet business, changes are required almost daily and there is no real harm in looking at your competition to see what they are offering and some of the ideas may be worth mimicking. However, make sure any new ideas you implement are filled with you personal touch to keep your customers satisfied with you.
