1. Don't train your dog when you are angry: as I said above, dogs will always adjust with your emotions. Dogs know how to react to your emotions. So, at the time of training if dog made you angry take break for sometime, calm down then continue with it. Patience plays major role while training.

2. Question yourself before beginning the first step: at the beginning, usually dogs don't react to your words. So, think what steps you can take to perk up their behavior. In this time you can ask yourself a few questions like, what adjustments you can make with the training environment so that dog can react to the training? What can make dog to do what you say? And so on.

3. Better to train your dog at the beginning: As you teach your children when they are babies similarly it is necessary to start training your dog when it is a puppy. Your dog is considered as puppy till it reaches the age of 6 months.

4. Make your dog to understand who his owner is: The main thing your dog should understand is it should know who is his owner or boss. But at the time of coaching it is better to be a coach rather then boss. Sometimes you have to be very harsh while training your dog so that he can do what you want.

5. Avoid shouting at your dog: There is no point in screaming at your dog unnecessarily. When you start screaming, things will go out of your control and dog will not even bother to such reactions. So at the time of training even it is not possible, be calm and use lovely voice so that dog will understand easily what you are saying.
