People from all ages are prone to this infection but it is most common to adolescents because of the hormonal changes occurring in their body. 3. Drink Tea - If you're wondering why the Chinese people have beautiful skin it is because they are drinking significant amounts of tea. Tea is rich in anti-oxidants that helps rid your body of harmful chemicals.

Preventing acne is always better than curing them, it takes discipline especially if you don't see any sign of acne in you body. But wouldn't it be nice to keep it that way?
