While erectile dysfunction is an embarrassing topic for most men, it need not hold them back from enjoying sex as there are many medications on the market that can treat it, Kamagra being one of them. Kamagra is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor that enables a man to achieve and maintain an erection. The drug is an effective treatment for men who are impotent or those who have chronic erectile problems. These problems can be reversed and a normal sex life can ensue.

Kamagra is made to treat erectile dysfunction, so it is for men only. This drug should never be ingested or even come in contact with women or children at any times. The organ drug is convenient because it can be taken within a half hour of love making and will last as long as four hours. This is a nice window for most men because they don’t have to feel rushed, instead they can allow sex to be more spontaneous than planned or feeling forced. Many men find that this window of time that the drug will work effectively keeps them from experiencing the embarrassment of not being able to perform.

Kamagra is a drug that men should take just once a mean and can be taken at meal time or with a small snack. If taken with a meal or a snack the food should not be high in fat content as this may slow the absorption of the drug, delaying the effectiveness of the medication, so an erection may not be able to be achieved as soon as is expected. Men will have to experiment with what type of food may or may not affect the effectiveness of the medication so that they can maximize the benefits of the pill each and every time.

While the drug can be taken with food there is one food that cannot be consumed while on this drug, and this is grapefruit and grapefruit juice. Grapefruit has a high acid content and will impact the effectiveness of the drug. Because the acidic fruit is known to interact adversely with the medication it is better to avoid it at all costs. In addition to grapefruit, men who are on nitrates or nitroglycerin should not take Kamagra.

Each man and his doctor will have to determine which dosage is right for their specific set of circumstances. Most men start out on a lower dosage and then the doctor will increase it as indicated. Every man is different, so it really is an individual process of finding the right dosage. Men should only take the dosage that is recommended by their doctor as taking more than is prescribed can cause heart problems that could potentially be fatal.

While erectile dysfunction can be embarrassing, men who are experiencing ED should call their doctor. Kamagra as well as many other drugs can be taken to help men conquer the problem and will also allow them to enjoy sex without the worry of maintaining an erection.
