From Kawasaki Company one tells again at 1924, this time implied in the metallurgy and the aircraft industry. In their line you could find a two-race of 60 DC, as well as the engines a 150cc and a 250cc at four times developed with the technology of BMW; company which with them had had reports/ratios since their beginnings in the aircraft industry. It was not until 1954 that the motor bikes of Kawasaki produced their first complete motor bike under the name of Meihatsu (a subsidiary company of plane Co. from Kawasaki). IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON the HISTORY OF the MOTOR BIKES OF KAWASAKI We cannot speak about Kawasaki without mentioning another mark which will help certainly Kawasaki to become like Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha one of the large players in the Japanese scene of motor bikes:

Having a good relationship with the government, the people at Meguro benefitted from the orders of army. Their first motor bike was Z97: a motor bike of the tumbler-valve 500cc influenced by Swiss Motosacoche. It is worth the sorrow to mention this model was a success for the factory and Z97 was in the production until the years '50. Along the years, Meguro produced some 250cc very nice and the tumbler-valve 350cc, simple cylinder model as well as of the twins of high output.

Then and thanks to commercial success they lived, they also launched a tumbler-valve 125 DC for their cooker and a twin cylinder 650cc of low end to accompany the already existing 500cc. But it took place in 1958, when Meguro tested débarasser of their British influence, when the things started to turn badly… Based on a prototype of profit of frame Asama (one of the greatest races which time), the motor bikes of Meguro produced three nice and elegant machines with the air camshaft: the 125cc E3, the 250cc F and the 350cc Y A. The motor bikes of Meguro remained as a one of the 10 principal manufacturers up to 1960, but because of some bad decisions, as those mentioned above, the company started to refuse and was bought soon by Kawasaki. In Meguro 1960 signed a first agreement with motor bikes of Kawasaki, and in 1962 they had completely disappeared. ….

And this brings to us again to the motor bikes of Kawasaki… In 1960, the company decides to give a serious push to the division of motor bike of the planes of Kawasaki: They take out of the market the mark of Meihatsu, they build their own factory of low end and low actuated machines and buy Meguro. These brilliant movements and decisions encouraged Kawasaki of the motor bikes to have one of the range of models on the market. The motor bikes of Kawasaki could offer to this moment (the Sixties) one to crush black-scooter 50cc with a twin motor bike powerful, at end high and beautiful of cylinder of 650 DC.

Its as important to mention as because it them very to have nature, motor bikes of Kawasaki always played the part of the franc-tireur in industry and as a feeling of the independence of their principal competitors was always present.
