Looking for suitable positions in today’s highly competitive job market is seldom an easy task. This is especially true within the defence/aviation industry, where candidates will invariably need assistance from a reputable and experienced recruitment agency. Such agencies have a proven potential to streamline and quicken the entire recruitment process. This means that graduates have an increased chance of securing the most suitable positions when they obtain assistance from a specialised recruitment firm. The defence/aviation sector usually has a substantial amount of opportunities for technical oriented candidates, such as those within the engineering and construction fields. Provided that candidates have the skills and experience which employers require, a specialised recruitment agency will be able to deliver positive recruitment solutions.

For many decades, UK defence recruiters have been providing high quality recruitment services to the aviation/defence sectors, and their reputations are a solid one. During this period of time, these companies have been able to build and sustain an impressive reputation and track record within the recruitment industry. When it comes to defence/aviation sector recruitment, there is simply few other specialised recruitment firms which possess more experience and specialist knowledge. These extensive clientele bases include top brand names such as GKN, MoD, Rolls-Royce, Agusta Westland and a host of others. At this junction, it is also worth mentioning that UK defence recruiters are fully dedicated to providing both their corporate and candidate clients with a customised recruitment service. Their aim is to have an in-depth understanding of the cultural and technical requirements of their clients.

This in turn enables these firms the ability to provide a specialised recruitment service of unrivalled quality and effectiveness. They are also some of the few recruitment companies which continue to build and maintain affiliations with their clients long after a positive recruitment solution has been reached. With this in mind, it is little wonder why an increasing number of graduates and companies are choosing UK recruiting agencies. Regardless of whether a graduate is seeking recruitment solutions for a permanent or contract role, UK defence recruiters have what it takes to provide effective support. Many of their account managers also obtained experience within the aerospace industry prior to joining up with their current employers. This suggests that they are able to provide graduates with expert guidance and advice. Most UK defence agencies are also fully dedicated to complying with all REC rules and regulations. Furthermore, most of their recruitment consultants are REC trained. These companies also provide other peripheral services such as security clearance.
