You are either at the lowest point in your life or you are trying to avoid landing there so you MUST take action.

You need to mitigate the damage you've done in your life by seeking professional treatment. Will you choose the social network of AA while being monitored by your physician or admitted into a rehab facility with 24 hour care? Can you afford the treatment programs available to you? If your insurance covers it will your employer need to know? What will work best for your circumstances?
