Two cups cubed cantaloupe

One cup red or green grapes

One medium banana, sliced

Two Cups of fresh, canned or frozen fruit

Place fruit in a baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.

Two Tablespoon sugar

One Teaspoon cornstarch

Two Teaspoon water or (juice from the canned fruits)

Half Teaspoon lemon juice

Mix together and pour over fruit in dish.

Half Cup quick cooking oats

A quarter Cup all-purpose flour

A quarter Cup brown sugar

Half Teaspoon cinnamon or (A quarter Teaspoon of cinnamon and A quarter Teaspoon of nutmeg)

A quarter Cup cold butter

Preparation: Mix together cutting in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit in dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 4 servings
