One decision more and more women are making everyday is to have breast enlargement (a procedure to enhance the size of your breasts by using breast implants Saline implants or silicone implants.) Implants are indicated for females for enlargement surgery where the patient is at least 18 years of age, and for reconstruction of the female breast. By inserting implants, plastic surgeons are able to increase a woman’s bust line by one or more bra cup sizes. Advances in implant technology and surgical technique are making enlargement a popular option among women of all ages desiring a change in the way they look. The decision to undergo breast enlargement may result in a more flattering, better proportioned figure, more clothing options, and may enhance your confidence and self-esteem.

Every day, you make decisions that affect the way you live. Some choices depend on the moment, like the clothing, hairstyle and perfume you may wear today. Other decisions are deeply significant, because they affect how you feel about yourself as a woman, and how others perceive you.

Augmentation offers a unique opportunity to scientifically “customize” the shape of the breast rather than just bra size. You may want to wear an outfit that reveals more cleavage, change your wardrobe style, or simply create the proper balance between your breasts and hips.

Many women have made the choice to create the shape they have always dreamed of through breast augmentation. Confident, sensual and beautiful-simply more of what you already are.

Enlargement is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman’s breasts. Some candidates may feel that their breast size is too small. Augmentation is also a procedure to restore the volume of a woman’s breasts following pregnancy. Augmentation can also be performed to correct for differences in a woman’s right and left breast size. Some patients have different surgical goals for example, a more natural breast shape in proportion to a woman’s figure.

Others prefer a more rounded shape in the upper pole of their breast somewhat larger than their proportionate figure. These goals can be achieved by using larger or smaller saline implants, and by adjusting the fill volume for each of the implants. In the enlargement procedure, short incisions are placed in the inframammary fold, around the lower portion of the areola (pigmented portion of the nipple) or through the axilla.
