It is amazing what boxing can do for ones self-esteem, as you walk in feeling like a runt, and you leave feeling like a million dollars.



When finding a trainer, you will want to keep in mind that the safest way to go is to make sure he or she is certified from a recognizable boxing organization. However, in reality not all of the best trainers have been certified, so it is up to you to decide if this is important for you.

Obviously, you will want to be able to stand your trainer, so find someone that you like, and can see yourself working with for a while.
