In about 23 years, Filtration Technology, a public limited company, has risen from ground zero to the stratosphere. Headquartered in New Delhi, it has numerous factories based in Northern India. This meteoric rise in the company's finances is the cause of the able guidance of true professionals from various domains. They all have only one aim in mind-to satisfy the filtration needs of their clients and do so in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

One of the products from their vast range is the Pleating machine. Before the augmentation of the same, manual pleating was the popular method. But manual pleating is highly time consuming and involved high costs. Hence, the Pleating machine, which made the whole process simpler, faster and cheaper, began to be adopted.

Filtration Technology offers 2 main types of Pleating machines. The first of them is the Blade Type Pleating Machine, which is quite popular when parallel accordion type pleats are required. There are quite a few filter medias which use it-filter paper, glass fiber, and stainless steel wire mesh being some of them. A machine of many uses, it can be used to pleat a variety of materials lie paper, cardboard as well as aluminum, copper foils and so on.

The second type is the Rotary Type Pleating Machine. They are used for products which are to be mass produced and hence have a very high speed of production. The company, for the convenience of its customers, customizes the pleats according to the customer's requirements. They also have the option of altering the pleat size by changing the set of the pleating rollers. The pleating machines made by the Filtration Technology can accommodate pleats ranging from as small as 15mm to as large as 100mm.

To further simplify the process for their clients, the company provides extra features in their Rotary Type Pleating Machines. This means that they further customize the pleating machines and fine tune them according to their client's wishes.

A pleating machine is an investment which yields rich dividends in the future and Filtration Technology goes to lengths to help their clients make the right choices which will best fulfill their criteria of production.
