Before I say anything, let me tell you a little about my background. My name is Jo Peritan, I am 24 years old and live in a one bed flat in South Arizona. I am a computer programmer who has always been into computer games and technology. As you can imagine, I was labelled a 'geek' at school - not because I loved computers... but because I was always the shortest in my class, throughout my high school life and onwards. Wait it doesn't stop there... I wasn't just short; I was shorter than kids at school that were younger than me! It was embarrassing!

So there I was, a short geek, who couldn't get a girlfriend and was constantly bullied as a result. This continued throughout my life. When I went for interviews I was constantly rejected because I didn't meet the criteria... Yeah right!!! It's because I was short and you know it.

Well after my 50th rejection, I thought 'THIS IS IT!!!' I had never wanted to try and increase my height, because I was a firm believer that 'I am who I am' and people should accept me for this. It took me some time, but I came to realise that this is simply not true in the real world. You won't understand unless you've been there yourself.

So you're probably wondering what I did then? Ok, well in no particular order I tried the following:

Hanging upside down (No Kidding!)

Eating more

Swimming

Running

Stretching

(and many many more!)

Did it work? Well I don't think so... Don't get me wrong it was fun trying them all out, but it was just a waste of time. So what did I do? Well just like what anyone would do...when they have searched so long for something with no success you give up! Well that's what I did anyway.

A couple of weeks later I received an email from a friend of mine with a link (which I will tell you about later). I met this guy from a forum I went on for short people who looking for advice. He told me he followed this diet plan and he was already seeing results in 2 weeks!

I decided to give it a try and see what happened... no harm right? So I tried it and guess what THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING!

I learnt that the condition of the spine affects height by as much as 2 ? 6 inches which is around 35% of the total height of an average person. Basically, 98% of people will suffer from this over compression of the spine. Using this product gave me an exercise and diet plan to help correct this condition and get rid of excess curvatures in my spine. It allowed me to get rid of some of the compression in the fluid sacks between my vertebrae. I am so pleased with the results ? I actually grew over 4 inches. I feel so much more confident now, and guess what? I managed to get a job within 3 weeks!

I would definitely, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product to anyone who feels uncomfortable about their height and wants to grow taller. Do look into this before taking any miracle growth pills or other growth products.
