Nancy cannot believe what her neighbors are complaining about Fifi, her lab mix. Fifi was said to be a whiner when Nancy's gone at work! Her heart was broken upon learning about Fifi's unlikely behavior, so she immediately planned to put an end to this dilemma, as she did not want Yesha to be depressed, and she definitely do not have any plans on transferring to another location.



Given that Yesha had just started whining suddenly, as a concerned dog owner, Coleen wanted to make sure Yesha was not sick or hurt. So, Coleen immediately went to see her vet and inquired about why Yesha keeps on whining while she's not around. Tests were made on Yesha, however, after they've waited for the results, the vet did not find any medical reasons for Yesha's whining, so he then referred Coleen to a professional trainer to aid her to learn how to stop Yesha's whining habit.

The next day, Coleen and the professional trainer thoroughly discussed what might have happened to Yesha. Apparently, Yesha's whining behavior had begun when Coleen got a promotion and swiftly stopped coming home in the afternoons to visit her. The trainer knew the dog most likely felt neglected and Coleen would need to do some changes to make Yesha more comfortable.

Nancy started the recommended training by making Fifi get used to handling short periods of separation, the good thing about this is that she never fails to guarantee Fifi that she'll get back and surely not leave her for good. Nancy provided Fifi with some active toys like food cube and some chew toys to keep her busy. They normally start their training session by playing together and lavishing Fifi with her undivided attention. Whenever Nancy stands or steps out of the house Fifi would still whine almost right away, but Nancy was firm to discipline Fifi and followed what the trainer warned her about Fifi's agenda on blackmailing her once she stepped right back in. But the problem is, Fifi's whining did not stop. So Nancy had to get back inside.

Time passed, and Yesha's whining died down soon after Coleen left the house. Time and time again Coleen had to shout, "No!" first to get the whining to stop. So far, every time the whining stopped, Coleen returns to praise Yesha. Coleen becomes constant with the training, leaving a little longer and a little longer each time. Eventually Yesha totally stopped from whining at all.

The key point to Stef's victory in training Sushi to stop whining was to have a lot of patience. She first considered any health issues, which may be the cause for whining. Then she observed why her dog started whining. Usually dogs will whine for the reason of feeling separation from their owners, and Stef knew she had been spending more time away from home.

Nancy's triumph was the result of her unconditional love and patience for Fifi's growth and development. She not only sought the opinion of one expert but two of the best persons that had all the knowledge about dogs. This helped her to finally come up with the best options and techniques on how to stop the whining habit. Nancy, Fifi and their neighbors can now get to taste and share the joy, peace and love they've all been waiting and desiring for.
