Valentine gift is often associated with stuffed toys like soft teddy bears holding a heart say 'I Love You', chocolates and red roses, red wine, red color balloons, aroma kits and scented candles.

For any valentine, the best surprise would be a valentine gift basket. To make a valentine gift basket, unique ideas should be used, as the usual run the mill things could dampen anyone's mood. Here are some unique ideas for a valentine gift basket -

? First we should make the right choice for our valentine basket. The best basket I would consider to be is a lovely carved wooden basket, or else there are red baskets, even ice buckets could be used, champagne buckets and also paper baskets (red color) that golden hearts print? these are beautiful baskets.

? Here's the 2nd step, make a choice of the correct filler for your basket. Pick a few seashells, color either red or white, cellophane strips, paper cut hearts, soft paper that's handmade, or even a real silk embroidery scarf like cloth to drape the basket.

? The 3rs tep is certainly the most essential one, cos' this step involves placing gift articles in the basket. What better than to start with a collection of all time best romantic songs CD, red roses - cannot forget, a bottle of wine or champagne, chocolates, branded skin care products, scented candles, aroma therapy oils, a goblet's pair, attractive suff toys, a massage oil bottle, heart shaped balloons, greeting cards expressing your love, and of course love expressions are not limited, you can add what ever you feel like.

? Last but not least, wrap the basket in a red covering with red cellophane sheets and place a nice attractive ribbon over it. Place some sponge made teddies around the basket or porcelain; all this just makes the whole basket look so beautiful that your valentine might just forget you for a moment but isn't that's want you want, you'd like her to love your gift a lot.

Let me make it clear, valentine is just not for lovers it is a celebration of love and any body who cares or likes someone can make a basket gift and present it by placing things that they would even normally gift to others. The basket makes the gift just a wee bit more special and the gift basket remains as a memorabilia of the gift.

The gift basket can also be made to gift it to your parents, fill the gift basket with pictures of your new born baby, and place some of your old toys you still have from your playing days and personally take the basket to your parents place when you visit them. Just look at them when the weep in happiness as they remember your playing days and compare your photos to the new born baby's photos.
