As I sat in the jury room waiting for the time to come to serve my duty as a proper citizen I could not help seeing an article in the magazine "Why Vacations Sales is the best option for Mortgage Brokers". I would never have seen that article if I weren't captive audience at the time and I had nothing else to do.



It was describing how a mortgage broker can make money by selling private resort vacations instead of selling the property outright. The overall idea was to sell a piece not as a wall or a garage, but to sell you a piece of the condo for a week or two every year. It is affordable for many people, because the all cost is divided between the people that are using the condo.

The housing is also expensive in my opinion, especially for sport vacations. I say that because I remember the vacation I had on Hawaii round 1980's. You could get an hour sales pitch for free tickets to a dinner show.

A man strutted back and forth in front of about fifty people crowded into a hotel conference room. The presentation included a slide show of a well furnished condo on the beach. Before I could remember all the details, my name was called and I had to go up to sign in for jury duty.

When I got back, my magazine was gone. aHave you seen a magazine lying around here'a I asked the man sitting next to me. It was turned to an article about members only resort vacations.a I looked down and there on the floor under the chair was the magazine. When I returned to my seat I showed it to him. aHere it isa, I said, "Why Vacations Sales is the best option for Mortgage Brokers".

aThatas funny, a he said as he looked at the magazine. aI was just talking with my wife about that topic last week. Her sister is a mortgage broker. She has a home based business. Anyway, she came across some people who wanted to sell their share of a resort vacation place in Hawaii. My wife wants me to buy it.a

And there we were sharing experiences of our vacations in Florida, Maine, Canada, Mexico and discussed that we would want to have an ocean home more that any other thing , but we and every working man simply can not afford it.

Iall never know if he bought that vacation spot in Hawaii, but I know someone surely did. Having access to a members only resort vacation is a working manas dream. No more staying in run down hotels with outrageous prices. Perhaps best of all, knowing that it belongs to you iia not just a room but a whole condo with all the furnishings.
