At Eyered Transcription Services we ensure that all of our ETS files as well as all directories are specially configured to prevent any unauthorized access or modifications. We also have best-in-breed security systems at our center to prevent the occurrence of any thefts or vandalism. We also follow a minimum of 128 bit encryption for all client document transfers between computers. All of our databases employ the usage of encryption technology. With the help of stringent policies regarding Information Access Control and Access Authorization we ensure data integrity is safeguarded. All hard copies of client sensitive documents are disposed via shredding machinery. We also perform technical evaluations on a regular basis to ensure that all of our security systems adhere to current requirements. We also have a set of emergency contingency plans which enable disaster recovery and continuity of regular operations. All of our staff who have access to client related documents and information have signed NDAs and possess the appropriate clearances.

Our flexible options

At Eyered Transcription Services we realize that no two clients are the same. Our clients span diverse spectrums of the industry verticals – right from psychiatry to orthopedics to dermatology and a host of others. Besides this, many of our clients do not have access to computers or the Internet. This is why we make things easier for them with our flexible dictation options. We provide such clients with an option for telephonic dictation by which our phone-in toll free dictation can be accessed by clients from virtually anywhere – either from office, home or even via a cell phone! Dictations can be easily recorded via a PIN number, account number and the toll free number.
