Who Would Benefit from a Tablet PC Rental?

Really, when we ask who would benefit from a tablet PC rental, we are asking who uses tablet PCs in general. Tablets come with a stylus, or pen, and a writing surface, which makes them ideal for quick note taking and drawing. These innovative little computers have a swivel screen that appeals to some professionals for small scale presentations. Here are a few of the professions that can use tablet PCs rentals:

-Retailers: use them for presentations and point-of-sale purchase locations

-Trainers: can benefit from using them to write down notes as they are training clients, but also can show clients pictures of exercises or graphs of their progress to encourage them

-Healthcare professionals: with many healthcare industries going electronic, healthcare professionals are a large market for the tablet PCs, as they transition to an electronic note-taking record system

-Pharmaceutical Reps: in order to do presentations to physicians and pharmacists

-Teachers: use tablets for mathematical equations, notes, and small presentations

-Drafting and architectural professionals: find them useful on site to make notes and quick drawings about their projects

-Event planners: can do presentations for their clients, gathering research information, and take quick notes with tablets

-Animators: sketch with the stylus and can present firsthand sketches on the fly to convention audiences

As we tally up the numerous activities and professions that find tablet PCs an asset, we begin to see who would benefit from a table PC rental as well. A tablet PC rental can be used to explore the advantages of going from a traditional laptop to a tablet, in case of an emergency, or for traveling purposes.

-Your company is thinking about switching to tablet PCs for its sales staff. Rent a small selection of them for a month and try them out, before converting your entire staff. See if the advantages are worth a purchase or lease.

-You own a tablet PC, but it breaks and you have to wait a couple of weeks to fix it, but there are deadlines looming. A tablet PC rental will fill the gap.

-You have a small group traveling to a tradeshow. Tablet PCs may be smaller, but they are just as powerful, and allow your staff to work within the small space of their airplane seats while en route. While they are at the tradeshow, they can use their tablet PCs to make presentations to potential clients.

Couple the light weight design and high end performance of a table PC with the availability of wireless connectivity, and you can see why they are useful in many business situations. Consider a tablet PC rental the next time you need performance and versatility on a short-term basis.
