Short Term Disability Pregnancy

    View:
There are only two kinds of nutrients, foods: building and cleansing. The correct amount of building and cleansing produces the correct amount of structure and function where the body mind can thrive. The incorrect worsens, sickens the body mind via too much (overbuilt) or too little (under built, over cleansed) structure and function.

Infertility, miscarriage and short term pregnancy are examples of too little structure and function.

The fetus, ovum, sperm, hormones, ovaries, uterus, liver, etc. are built and fueled by blood, protein and fat.

Low protein, low fat and high carbohydrate diets, in the extreme, tend to cause infertility, miscarriage and and or short term pregnancy.

Low protein and low fat foods: milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, beans, nuts and seeds tend to build less blood, structure and function; and are generally used by those suffering excess protein and fat, structure and function, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, cirhois, gout, tumors, cancer, etc. not those with less blood, structure and function.

Low protein, low fat and high carbohydrate diet is not the way to go if you want to get and stay pregnant, full term.

Carbohydrates: fruits, vegetables and grains reduce, cleans, cool and moisten. A high carbohydrate diet is also generally used by those suffering from excess protein and fat, structure and function; not deficiency, amenorrhea, infertility, miscarriage and short term pregnancy.

Many women, on a daily basis, tend to eat, salads, raw vegetables, fruit, pasta, bread, beans, nuts, seeds, milk, yogurt, cheese and fish; which, are all low protein and low fat.

This type of diet, in conjunction with menstruation, tends to create blood deficiency, amenorrhea, infertility, miscarriage and short term pregnancy, in addition to pallor, fatigue, thin skin, hair, nails and bones, forgetfulness, irrational behavior, etc.

Blood deficiency can generally be cured via an increase in protein and fat, meat, eggs, chicken, turkey, etc. twice per day, in addition to ruice, vegetables, fruit, etc.

Siberian ginseng, cooked foods and spices also help as they aid digestion. Digestion is a fiery process (acids and enzymes) that is supplemented by fire, cooking, spices and weakened, diluted by an excess of water, fruit, vegetables, sugar and all cold drinks.

Evening primrose oil and black currant oil nourish, strengthen the reproductive organs Check with your doctor before making any dietary, herbal changes.

Laxative and bitter herbs (golden seal, gentian, etc.) should be avoided as they are laxative, downward moving in nature, which is contrary to pregnancy.

Pregnant women want to hold onto their babies, fetuses which they can do when their blood is strong, protein and fat.

They can not hold (miscarriage, short term pregnancy) onto their babies well when they are blood, protein and fat deficient; and or too high in water, sugar, minerals, bitter herbs, etc.

Coffee, caffeine is laxative in nature and not recommended for pregnant women.

Menopause is a deficient symptom in itself, declining hormones and blood, which is why menstruation ceases, as there is no longer an excess of blood to fill the womb, uterus.

Low protein and low fat diets tend to worsen menopause as they do not replace, rebuild blood fast enough (every blood cell begins and ends, deteriorates) which in turn causes deficient heat symptoms, hot flashes.

Progesterone cream, in general, is very affective for relieving the hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause. Estrogen supplements are not recommended once menopause occurs. Check with your doctor first before making any changes.

High protein and high fat diets, in excess, tend to build growths, tumors which can interfere, prevent conception and or harm the fetus.

Hot and Cold Health
Short Term Disability Pregnancy
If you are exhibiting symptoms of insomnia, you might not have to worry right away. Acute, or short-term, insomnia is something that millions of people experience, that is not a full-blown chronic disorder. Of course, any time you are having extended periods of sleepless nights, it is always a good idea to consult your physician, but it is often possible to initially get to the root of the problem on your own.

Many times, your sleep deprivation will be caused by any type of change in schedule or overall life pattern. Starting a new job, losing a family member, or simply eating too close to bedtime can account for a night of discomfort. Sometimes these life changes can be resolved by either talking to someone, or not engaging in unhealthy behaviors at night. Other times, if the solution can not be reached, then it is time to be more proactive about your insomnia.

But there are times when what you may believe to be short-term insomnia can actually be more of a severe medical condition that cannot be fixed by yourself. Chronic insomniacs that have been diagnosed as such need to closely monitor their rest patterns and habits in order to determine what can be resolved immediately, and what needs specific therapy and medical treatment. People who suffer from severe depression and anxiety, or who have concurrent disorders like chronic fatigue syndrome need to be cautious, and should not necessarily write their insomnia off as a fleeting problem.

Yet, more often than not, those who do not sleep a full eight hours have several options and opportunities to adjust their actions prior to hitting the pillow. Though your days might be crazy and chaotic, it does not take much to unwind for a night of sound sleep. Just be prepared to stop bad habits that prevent you from fully being able to relax. This might mean turning off the television at two in the morning, or putting that leftover slice of pizza back in the fridge at midnight, but you will be extremely happy with the results.

The most important thing to remember about acute insomnia is that many times it truly is self-inflicted. We get so caught up in daily activities that we forget healthy behaviors in our life that allow us to fall asleep at an appropriate hour. But, everything we do has consequences, both positive and negative, and so allowing ourselves the opportunity to have a restful sleep is no different.

Some food for thought is that you should mentally and physically prepare yourself whenever any change, no matter how slight, happens in your life. Simply pay attention to how you react to different instances, and then it will be easier to deal with them as they come. If you deal with these issues head on, then you will be more likely to be less tense at bed time.

Insomnia is definitely a serious problem, but can many times be dealt with when we take the right precautions. If you are consistently having problems falling or staying asleep, get the right help, and evaluate things that are going on with you as a whole. Don't continue to cause more problems for yourself.
