A good skin and hair care routine is a very important step in keeping your hair and skin radiant and healthy looking. Those with oily skin and hair may find that changes in their diet will also help. Try to avoid saturated fats found in things such as chips. Both those with dry and oily types of hair and skin should maintain a healthy diet that will also be beneficial to their skin and hair. Eat plenty of chicken, green leafy vegetables, fruits, grains and eggs as these are vital for healthy hair and skin. Both types should drink the minimum recommended eight glasses of water a day. This will help keep your body healthy. It helps to set a specific time each day to do your routine.
