My name is Jim Kellers, I enjoy playing golf every Saturday with my buddy Mark and he almost ALWAYS beats me! So, one day I was interested in finding out how to Improve my golf swing so I didn't keep slicing the ball to the left every time I tee off for a friendly game of 9 hole golf. I did a search on google and found an ad that said something about the simple golf swing, so I clicked on it, needless to say, the sales page was completely full of hype and I got suckered into buying this ebook, it wouldn't be the first time I bought something on impulse, like an idiot.
After downloading the guide, I was highly disappointed as it was only like 31 pages long... I thought to myself, how is this little 31 page ebook going to help me get rid of my wicked golf slice?
Well, I was very skeptical and almost tossed it aside along with the other junk manuals I have bought in the past but I figured I'd give the techniques a try anyway, seeing as I did pay for this information and it was a Thursday, so I only had 2 days before the next golf game with my buddy and I didn't want to lose to him for the 4th week in a row.
Well, this is it I told myself, I am either going to try using these techniques or go out there on Saturday and get laughed at some more. I grabbed my driver, printed out a couple pages from the simple golf swing and headed out back of my house. As I started swinging and practicing with these techniques, I began to feel more confident about my swing.
Now, don't get me wrong, it wasn't perfect, but it felt different, as if there was some magical force pushing my club forward and keeping the head straight as an arrow. I never felt so confident in my golf swing before, very odd, these short practice swings actually helped me out. Needless to say, I practiced for a couple hours on Thursday and again on Friday and when we went out to the golf course, I hit par 4 times out of nine, I have never hit par that many times before, I was completely BLOWN AWAY at what this short golf book had taught me.
Mark almost went into shock as I kept driving the ball down the fairway harder and more accurate than I have ever done, he still won the game, but man I felt so good to keep up with him. His face went from a smirk to almost a frown by the end of the day when I was only 8 strokes behind him, now I just need to work on my putting game... I am going to keep practicing the simple swing techniques and I will beat him next game, I have no doubt about that.
If you are already hitting the ball down the fairway at great distances and not slicing it left and right, then this guide probably wouldn't help you out much, but if you are like 80% of most amateurs, then this book could help you out tremendously.
Personally, when I first downloaded this book, I felt ripped off, but after that first weekend of watching my buddy Marks jaw almost drop to the ground, I couldn't recommend it more. It showed me the proper way to grip my club, the importance of a good backswing and the most import thing I think was getting rid of my oh-so-nasty golf slice. Thanks to the Simple Golf Swing, I am much better at controlling the golf ball now.
The Simple Golf Swing
Golfers who finally understand how to "read" the simple "pattern" of pressure and balance in the feet during a relaxed, natural swing have an instant advantage on the course. Golf weight and training exercises are the best and the quickest ways to improving your golf swing speed and power. Golfers never tire of golf gifts, especially ones which genuinely help them improve their game. Golf also doesn't mean spending hours on end with a coach but it is all about learning the proper techniques from the "get go" and then practicing.
Every player starting out in golf has trouble with their swing. It takes time and practice to build classic golf swing techniques. The golf stance is where the power of the swing begins. If you have a strong and sturdy base from which to swing the golf club you will achieve more power and distance. An easy way to build classic golf swing technique is to simply walk up to the golf ball, club in hand as if you are getting ready to hit the ball, get yourself in a comfortable shoulder width stance and lay the club down with the shaft touching each of your toes. When you build a classic golf swing you must strive to keep the swing even and smooth. The swing does not end until the club is on the other side of your body. Golf is not an easy sport to participate in but with a lot of practice and a keen understanding of golf swing basics you can become a better player.
There are four primary steps to consider when you are trying to build classic golf swing techniques: stance, swing, contact and follow through. It takes time and practice to build classic golf swing techniques. In order to build classic golf swing techniques, developing these basic steps will have the biggest impact on your game. Good golf swing techniques begin with a solid stance.
More and more, the elite players are using wider training techniques to improve how they handle their golf clubs. If you want to improve this aspect of your technique, you should practice holding your club all the way back then bringing it down with a gradual increase in speed and force. Finally, if you're having problems with distance, consider the possibility that your swing technique itself might not be the issue.
It is well known that the sport of golf is frequently difficult to master, especially considering the multitude of golf swing techniques that must be executed properly in order to hit the ball. When you learn golf swing techniques, look at your body as if it were a machine, with all parts needing to work together in a specific manner.
NOW is the time to fix that golf swing, once and forever. Start hitting the Fairway! Consider this statement carefully...One great set of clubs PLUS one bad swing equals one golf ball in the water or out-of-bounds (and one or two strokes higher on your score card). Your GOLF SWING is what drives your score...not your clubs or the ball you play. That is the truth in simple terms..
