Have you ever been running late in getting home and you missed an episode of your favorite TV show? Until recently if you had missed your show you would have to wait until it played as a rerun somewhere. With today's technology that is no longer true. You can find old TV episodes on the internet to view from your computer.

TV stations are putting episode after episode online for the masses to watch from the computer. Now you don't have to worry about not being home to watch your show. Although you have probably used a VCR or DVR in the past to record missed shows, you can't possibly record every channel at the same time.

Large TV stations like FOX, CBS, NBC, and ABC have started to put their TV shows online. You can now go to their site and watch some of the episodes that you otherwise would have had to wait for a rerun to see. You can schedule your time better now and watch TV when you want.

Most people are not fans of commercials. If you are not a fan of commercials, you will also enjoy watching TV on your computer.

There are limited advertising parts, but nowhere near as long as regular TV. This gives you the ability to spend list time with the TV shows to watch online.

If you are concerned about the quality of the shows and that they won't look as nice on your computer as on your TV, have no fear. Most modern computers will be able to load the shows quickly and many people have nicer computer monitors than they do TV's.

The performance is also pretty good watching these shows online. Just about any type of internet connection will work and you have options to change the size of the TV show being played on your computer.

To recap, you can find TV shows to watch online with limited advertising, choose the time when you want to watch the show you want, and get good quality TV on your computer.
